    We purchased a 4 BHK villa in Della Villa Phase 4. The carpet area is quite substantial, starting from 2443 square feet, which provides ample living space for our family. The price point, ranging from 2.45 Crore to 4.2 Crore, seemed reasonable given the size and location in Khandala. Della Group has a reputation for delivering projects on time, and this one was completed in June 2021. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are well-maintained. My only concern is the access road can get a bit congested during peak tourist season, especially near the Mumbai expressway. Otherwise, the overall quality and layout are impressive.

    Finally moved into our 3 BHK villa at Della Villa Phase 4. After renting for yea, this feels like a dream. The carpet area is generous, around 1906 square feet for the lower end of the range, giving us much more room. The price was a stretch for us, but the Della Group offepayment plans that helped. We love the gymnasium and the swimming pool; it feels like a mini-resort. The Maharashtra State Transport Bus Stand being nearby is handy for visiting relatives. The only downside is the construction dust from nearby ongoing work, but we hope that settles soon. Overall, a great step up.
