Relocating to Nagpur for work at SHALINITAI MEGHE HOSPITAL AND RESEARCH CENTER WANADONGRI (nearby away), I needed a convenient place. Greenfield 4 on Hingna Road offered a ready-to-move 2 BHK. The flat size is around 900 square feet, which is quite comfortable. Having the SOS School nearby is a bonus, though not directly relevant to me now. The partial power backup is a concern, especially for someone in the medical field where consistent power is critical. However, the presence of lifts and 24x7 CCTV surveillance provides some comfort. The distance to Samruddhi Mahamarg is nearby, which is acceptable for travel.

We finally moved into our 2 BHK at Greenfield 4 last month. It's great that SOS School is literally 0 meteaway, makes the morning rush so much easier. My daughter loves the children's play area. We got a flat around 900 square feet, which is decent space for us. The Lokmanya Nagar Metro Station is about a 4-minute drive, so getting around Nagpur is convenient. The only slight issue is the traffic on Hingna Road during peak hou, can get quite congested. My husband and I finally bought our own 2 BHK flat in Greenfield 4 after renting for yeaWe needed more space, and the 974 square feet built-up area is perfect. The badminton court and table tennis facilities are great for unwinding after work. It's fantastic that the SOS School is right next door. Hingna Road is a busy area, so getting to our school takes about 30 minutes, which is manageable. We paid around 30 Lakhs for our flat, which felt like a significant investment, but L G Develope& Buildeseem to have a decent reputation. The partial power backup is a bit of a drawback during monsoon season.

The apartment size of 878 square feet is comfortable for me. While the location is generally quiet, the proximity to SHALINITAI MEGHE HOSPITAL AND RESEARCH CENTER WANADONGRI, NAGPUR (nearby away) provides good access to healthcare. My only concern is the partial power backup; I wish it was full power backup for such a ready-to-move project. L G Develope& Buildehave provided basic amenities, but I feel a bit more could have been done for the price.

This is my fit property purchase, a 2 BHK in Greenfield 4. I was attracted by the price range of 26.99 L to 32.99 L. The apartment is about 878 square feet, which feels spacious enough for a start. I like that there is a creche/day care facility within the complex, which might be useful later. The proximity to Mihan SEZ (4.8 Km) is a plus point for future property value. The developer, L G Develope& Builde, has included several amenities like an open gym. My only reservation is that the connection to the main highway seems a little indirect from Hingna Road, but for the price, it’s a good deal.

I checked with my parents, and they are finding the cricket pitch and volleyball court quite enjoyable. The flat size is approximately 950 square feet, which gives them ample room. It's reassuring that there is 24x7 CCTV surveillance for their security. The nearby Mihan SEZ, nearby, makes it a strategic location. My parents mentioned that sometimes the dust from ongoing construction nearby can be a minor nuisance, but otherwise, they are settling in well.
