After retirement, I wanted a peaceful place, and Green Ville Apartment seemed suitable. I bought a 3 BHK, around 1430 square feet. The location in Bankim Nagar is relatively quiet, though getting onto the main road involves navigating some narrower lanes. The Vastu Ready Design was a plus for me. The gymnasium is adequate for my daily exercise, and the 24x7 CCTV surveillance provides a sense of security. They also have ample car parking, which is good. My only real concern is that sometimes the water pressure can be a bit low during peak usage times in the morning. The terrace garden is a lovely spot for morning walks. It’s a decent project from Green Hill Group.

We bought a 3 BHK here mainly for the kids. Don Bosco School is just about 1.86 kilometeaway, which is fantastic for us. The apartment size is decent, with the 3 BHKs ranging from 1422 to 1436 square feet, giving enough room for the whole family. The children's play area is well-maintained and always has kids playing. We’ve been here since it was ready to move in July 2021. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex make it feel very green and pleasant. My only small issue is the parking; it can feel a little congested sometimes if guests visit. Otherwise, the 24x7 water supply and lifts are always working fine.
