    As a couple of teache, we wanted to move out of our rented flat and buy something permanent. Vasant Vatika felt like a good option because it's ready to move. We didn't want to wait for construction. The proximity to Don Bosco School is a significant advantage, even though we are teache, our nieces and nephews study there and we often visit them. It’s also very close to the Siliguri Greater Lions Eye Hospital, which is handy. The location in Bankim Nagar is decent, though the traffic during peak hounear the school can be a bit much sometimes. Reputed Builder has a name for timely delivery, so that was reassuring. We are hoping for a quiet neighbourhood once we settle in.
