We chose Green Splande for our family because of its location near Smart WondeSchool. It’s a short drive, making school runs much easier. We purchased a 4 BHK apartment, which gives us plenty of room. The carpet area is substantial, between 1108 Sq.ft and 1296 Sq.ft. Being ready to move since July 2022 was a huge relief for us. The price starting at 76.57 Lakh was within our budget for a family home. The developer, Green Home Builde, has provided a comfortable living space in Sector 70. The only thing is the maintenance charges, which we are still reviewing.
