    Relocating to Mohali for work at Sohana Hospital meant finding a place nearby. Soul Mayfair in Sector 70, Urban Estate, is literally nearby, which is incredible. I bought a 2.5 BHK, which has a built-up area between 1367 and 1394 square feet. It’s ready to move in, which saved me a lot of hassle. The children's play area is a good feature, even though I don't have kids yet, it adds to the community feel. The power backup is reassuring. I am still getting used to the layout of the 2.5 BHK, it feels a bit unconventional but workable. Overall, the location is unbeatable for my professional.
