The proximity to Kelambakkam Bus Station, Velammal school and Chettinad Hospital is excellent, making it convenient for them. I chose a 2970 Sq.ft plot, which offeample space. The price point between 21.0 L and 74.25 L covea good range. Green India Construction & Layout has provided amenities like internal roads and landscaping, which adds to the appeal. My parents mentioned that the construction noise from neighboring developments can be heard sometimes, which is a minor inconvenience. But overall, it's a peaceful environment.

We finally bought a plot in Green Sai ECR Nagar. It is a gated community and the location is very close to Velammal New Gen School and Chettinad Hospital, which is perfect for us. The plot size we chose is 840 Sq.ft, which is manageable for now. Green India Construction & Layout seem to have good amenities like 24X7 water supply and street lighting. My only concern is the traffic on ECR can get really bad during peak hou, especially getting kids to school on time. We visited the site last weekend and the internal roads were still dusty from ongoing work. Overall, it feels like a good decision for the future of our kids.
