I purchased a plot in Green Narmada Vihar as I saw potential for growth in the Hingna Road area. It is a ready to move project and the plots are available in sizes like 830 Sq.ft and 2003 Sq.ft. Green Heaven has provided good infrastructure like internal roads and footpaths, along with street lighting. The water supply is 24X7, which is a basic necessity. The proximity to Lokmanya Nagar Metro Station, a short distance, is a significant advantage for connectivity. However, the access road to the project itself could be a bit better maintained; it felt a little dusty when I visited. Overall, it's a decent investment opportunity in Nagpur.

The project by Green Heaven has essential amenities like internal roads and footpaths, plus storm water drains, which are well done. The 24X7 water supply is a comfort. It’s good that they have recreation facilities for residents. The hospital is very nearby, a short distance, which is important at our age. While the construction quality of the common areas looks decent, I do wish the internal roads within the project were slightly wider. Other than that, it’s a promising location for a quiet life.

We got a larger plot, 2003 Sq.ft, so we have enough space to build a nice house with a garden.
