Decided on Green Meadow for my new office space setup as it's ready to move. The location in Hulimavu on Nayanappanahalli Main Road is decent enough for clients to find. I got a 1 BHK unit which is 604 sq.ft, perfect for my needs and the price was within my budget. Green Valley Buildeseems to have a good track record. The amenities like 24x7 security and car parking are important for my business operations. My only slight worry is the traffic noise on the main road during peak hou, but I plan to soundproof the windows. Overall, it provides a good base for my startup.

Moving to Bengaluru for work at Narayana Nethralaya, I needed a place close by. Green Meadow in Hulimavu seemed like a good option. The 1 BHK unit at 604 sq.ft is compact but sufficient for me. It was ready to move, which saved me a lot of hassle. The price of 48.02 Lakhs was acceptable for the location. I appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the lift access. The main concern is the distance to the airport which is quite far at nearby. Also, finding parking can be a bit challenging during evenings when the complex is full. Still, proximity to the hospital is the key factor for me.

We were looking for a ready to move flat and Green Meadow caught our eye. The 2 BHK configuration is 841 sq.ft, which feels spacious enough for us to grow into. The price point of around 60 Lakhs was manageable with our combined income. We liked the children's play area for future use and the landscaping looks nice. It's located in Hulimavu, which has good connectivity. However, the metro station is a bit far, we need to take a cab or bus to reach Jayadeva metro. Construction was completed back in 2010, so we checked everything thoroughly. The compound wall and entrance gate security cabin give a secure feeling.

We bought a 2 BHK flat in Green Meadow for our family. It's 841 sq.ft and we paid about 66 Lakhs. The location in Hulimavu is developing, and it’s close to Narayana e-Techno School, which is great for the kids. We liked the indoor games facility and the children's play area. The 24x7 security and compound wall give us peace of mind. The project was completed a while ago, in 2010, and it's ready to move in. One downside is that connectivity to Kempegowda Bus Station and Airport is nearby and nearby respectively, which can be a long commute. Rain water harvesting is a good environmental feature.

I purchased a 1 BHK flat in Green Meadow, completed in 2010. Being ready to move was a big plus. The size is 604 sq.ft and the price was reasonable, around 48 Lakhs. Green Valley Buildehave been around for a while. I like the quiet ambiance they tried to create with landscaping and tree planting. The security features like video door security and a dedicated cabin at the entrance are reassuring. My only issue is the lack of easy access to the main Bannerghatta Road, requiring a drive through some narrower lanes. But for peaceful living, it’s acceptable.

The distance to Kempegowda Bus Station is nearby, which isn't too bad, but makes travelling across the city a bit time consuming. Overall, it serves our basic needs well.
