I purchased a 3 BHK flat with a built-up area of around 2800 Sq.ft. The price was 5.5 Cr. The project by Green Valley Shelteis ready to move, having been completed in June 2012. The proximity to DAV Girls Senior Secondary School and Kauvery Hospital is excellent, both within nearby. The gymnasium and power backup are useful amenities. While the noise from the busy T. Nagar roads can be heard sometimes, the overall environment is pleasant. It's a mature property in a prime location.
