    We chose Asvini Aswathi in T. Nagar primarily for its excellent proximity to schools. Morning Star Matriculation Higher Secondary School is right next door, which saves us so much time and hassle. MGM Healthcare is also incredibly close, providing peace of mind. The building is ready to move in, which was perfect for our family. The location on Sarathy Street is quite convenient, with the DMS Bus Stop just a short 5-minute walk away. While the project itself looks good, I haven't seen the specific configurations or BHK details yet. One small concern is the general noise level in T. Nagar due to it being a busy area; it can be a bit loud at times, especially during the day. However, the convenience outweighs this for us.
