This is my fit villa purchase, a 3 BHK at Green Hill Park. I was drawn to the children's play area and the swimming pool. My family also liked that it is Vastu Compliant. The built-up area is around 2300 Sq.ft, which feels quite large for us. Moving in was smooth as it's ready to move. The location in Manikonda is quite convenient, close to ScholaAcademy which is nearby. One issue we've noticed is that the Wi-Fi connection can be a bit intermittent, especially during evenings. We are hoping Green Space Housing & EngineePvt ltd addresses this soon. Overall, we are happy with our fit home.

The gymnasium and jogging track are useful for staying active. It's good that they have 24x7 security, which gives us peace of mind.
