I looked at a 2 BHK measuring about 1182 square feet built up. The price for this configuration falls between 39.6 Lakh and 49.38 Lakh. Amenities like a gymnasium and 24x7 water supply are included. The only drawback I noticed is the road leading to the project isn't the widest, and I can imagine it might get congested. Otherwise, it seems like a decent option for a new home.
