My parents will be living in a 3 BHK, which has a built-up area of around 1200 square feet. The price was around 31 Lakhs, which I felt was a fair investment for their comfort and security. Bidisha Niketan offeessential amenities like power backup and intercom, which are important for elderly residents. I've heard the area around Workshop Road can get a bit busy, but my parents are used to city life. I hope they will be happy there.

We just moved into our new 2 BHK at Niketan Enclave in Durgapur. It’s around 900 square feet, which feels pretty spacious for us. The location near Andal Railway Station is super convenient for my commute to Kolkata. My wife likes the fact that the power backup is reliable, which is important during monsoon season. The price was within our budget, around 25 Lakhs. Bidisha Niketan seems to have decent construction quality. One small thing is that the road leading to the project can get a bit dusty during dry weather, but it’s manageable. Overall, it’s a good start for us here.
