We recently acquired a plot in Green Bloomington, West Hyderabad. The developer, Green Homes, offeplots in sizes like 4500 sq.ft and 9000 sq.ft. We chose the larger one for future expansion possibilities. Being a ready to move in project is a huge benefit for us. The availability of a swimming pool and gymnasium within the project is a good addition for the residents. It’s strategically located off NH-7, which is excellent for logistics and commuting. However, the immediate surroundings still have a lot of development work ongoing, leading to some dust and unevenness on internal roads, which is a minor inconvenience for now. We are optimistic about the area's growth.
