We chose Grandeur for our family because of its proximity to schools. EuroSchool Undri is nearby, which is fantastic for the kids. The 3 BHK apartments have a good carpet area, from 707 to 711 square feet, giving everyone enough room. The Olympic-size swimming pool and the cricket pitch are big hits with my children. Dynamic Realty Ventures has also included a kids' play area implicitly through 'community buildings' and 'landscaping'. The price for a 3 BHK falls within our budget of up to 80 Lakh. The only issue we are facing currently is the traffic on the main roads like NIBM Road during peak hou, but we are managing.

I was looking for a home in Pune that offered good value for money, and Grandeur by Dynamic Realty Ventures fit the bill. I purchased a 3 BHK with a carpet area of approximately 707 square feet. The price range, from 45 Lakh to 80 Lakh, was reasonable considering the amenities. The presence of a clubhouse and an amphitheater is a nice touch for community living. It's also positive that they have included water conservation and rainwater harvesting systems. The location is accessible to Hadapsar Road and Kondhwa Road, and it's great that Pune Railway Station Metro Station is only nearby. The power backup is essential given the power cuts we sometimes face.

The price was attractive, around 45 Lakh, making it accessible for a fit-time buyer like myself. Dynamic Realty Ventures has equipped the project with essential amenities like a gymnasium and power backup, which are important for me. The location in Undri, Haveli, is developing, and it's good that it’s near major roads like NH-65. The project is ready to move, which means I don't have to wait long. My only reservation is that the OC received status is not available yet, which slightly concerns me.
