Moving to Grand Capitol has been a peaceful experience for my retirement yeaI chose a 3 BHK unit with 1524 square feet, and having the Jogging Track and the Club House nearby keeps me active daily. The facility is IGBC compliant, which shows that Grand Projects put some thought into the design. It is very close to the Mangalagiri railway station, which helps when my relatives come to visit from other cities. The maintenance team keeps the premises clean, and the 24x7 CCTV surveillance gives me peace of mind about security. I appreciate that there is a water softener plant here, as the water quality in the area is usually a major concern for residents like me.

My wife and I visited Grand Capitol last weekend and the location is quite convenient for us. Since we both work in IT, being right beside the NRI Hospital and having easy access to the National Highway 5 makes commuting much easier. We looked at the 2 BHK unit which measures around 1076 square feet. The layout feels efficient, and we really like the addition of a gymnasium and a swimming pool within the gated community. Grand Projects has done a good job with the overall landscaping, but the parking area feels a bit crowded during the weekends when more people are visiting the site. For a price point starting around 51.65 Lakh, it seems like a fair deal for a ready to move project in this part of Guntur.

The location of Grand Capitol in China Kakani is what convinced me to buy here. Access to the Trident Super Speciality Dental Hospital is excellent if there is ever a medical emergency. I purchased a 2 BHK apartment and the built up area is quite adequate for a small family. The lifts are functioning well, and there is reliable power backup which is essential for Guntur summeGrand Projects seems to manage the common areas well. I do think the valet parking is a bit unnecessary for a residential building of this size, as it often causes confusion for residents trying to park their own vehicles. Other than that, the project is solid and ready to move in immediately.

Choosing this place was easy for us because the Nirmala E. M High school is located very close by. We opted for one of the larger 3 BHK flats at 2240 square feet to give our kids enough space to play indooThe children's play area is well maintained, and they spend every evening there. Since Grand Capitol is a gated community, I feel comfortable letting them go out. Grand Projects has included a garbage disposal system which is quite helpful for maintaining hygiene in the building. One minor thing is that the noise from the nearby highway can be heard on the balconies facing that side, so keep that in mind when selecting your specific flat.
