It’s ready to move, which saved me a lot of hassle. The hospital is only 2.1 kilometeaway, a short drive. I also like that it's near Ozar-Nandur Road for easy travel. Govind Madhwai and Associate have included landscaping, which makes the complex feel pleasant. The only minor issue is the noise from nearby traffic sometimes filtering into the apartment, but I'm getting used to it. The electrical meter room is conveniently placed.
