The project is ready to move, which suited me perfectly as I didn't want to wait. The developer, Good Luck Assets, has incorporated Vastu compliance, which was important to me. The landscaping and tree planting are also very well done, giving it a pleasant feel. While the location is developing, it's still a bit far from the city center, and getting to the L. B. Nagar Metro Station takes about 19 minutes. Still, for the tranquility it offe, it's a good choice for a relaxed retirement.

The Nadergul Bus Stop is also conveniently a short distance the project. We purchased a 1076 Sq.ft plot. However, the dust from ongoing construction in the surrounding areas can be a bit botheome sometimes. Despite that, the convenience for the kids' education makes it a worthwhile location.
