It’s a significant upgrade from our rental apartment and offemuch more space. The location in Bhowanipore is ideal, with BM Birla Heart Hospital nearby, which gives us peace of mind. The price was on the higher side, around 50-60 Lakhs for our unit, but we felt the quality and location justified it. Goldwin Construction seems reliable. The theme park and landscaping are great for relaxing after a long day at school. The biggest drawback is the dust and traffic congestion on the main roads leading to the project.

While the construction was completed in March 2015, the property feels well-maintained. The size of the rooms, especially the second bedroom, is a bit smaller than I had anticipated for a 2 BHK.
