Finally decided to buy a plot at Goldmark Rhythm. As teache, we wanted a stable investment and a place to build our future home. The plot sizes are decent, we are considering the 1614 sq.ft option which is around 24.21 Lakh. It's a ready-to-move project, so we don't have to wait for construction to begin. The unique hospital is very close, just a 5-minute drive, which provides peace of mind. The area is developing, and we are hoping for good appreciation. My only concern is that Paud Road can get quite busy during peak hou, so getting to school might take a little longer than the estimated 10 minutes sometimes. Goldmark Developeseems to have provided good basic amenities like storm water drains and footpaths.
