    Moving to Bengaluru for work meant finding a place quickly. Golden Nest in Adugodi stood out because it was ready to move in. The location is reasonably central, and its proximity to Hosur Road and the Intermediate Ring Road is a definite plus for commuting. I looked at the 3 BHK configuration, which offe4022 square feet of built-up area, giving ample space. The price of 2.25 Crore onwards is substantial, but for the size and location in Central Bangalore, it felt justified. I noticed they have a gymnasium and ample car parking, which are useful amenities. My only slight concern is that Adugodi can get quite busy, especially during peak hou, so traffic might be an issue sometimes.

The price of 2.25 Crore onwards was a significant investment, but the availability of ready-to-move-in flats from Golden Gate Properties Ltd. Was a major factor. We liked the children's play area and the terrace garden. A minor concern for us is the dust and noise from the nearby roads, which is typical for this part of the city.
