After renting for yea, we finally bought our own 3 BHK in Golden Heaven. The size, around 1500 sq.ft, is a huge upgrade from our rental. KPV and VS Group delivered this project, and it's ready for occupancy. The location near NH 47 is convenient, although the traffic can be a bit much during peak houThe price was around 42 Lakh, which was stretching our budget a little, but the spaciousness makes it worth it. We appreciate the 24x7 security and power backup. The nearby school is also a plus.

My fit home purchase is a 3 BHK flat in Golden Heaven. The built-up area is 1650 sq.ft, which feels very large for me. KPV and VS Group built this, and it's ready to move in. The price was about 45 Lakh, which was a significant investment for me, but the location near MG Road and NH 47 is excellent. I liked the children's play area, even though I don't have kids yet. KPV and VS Group seems to have completed the project back in March 2010, which is quite some time ago, but the place still feels well-maintained. The swimming pool is a nice touch, and the landscaping looks good. Being close to Assisi Vidyaniketan Public School is convenient for my grandchildren when they visit. The area around Vennala is generally quiet, which is what I was looking for. The built-up area of 1304 sq.ft is ample for us. Prices were within our expectations for this part of Kochi.
