Decided to invest in a plot at Golden Golden Dream County. As a single woman, security and basic amenities are very important to me. The project by Golden Gate Infra is ready to move, which reduces immediate hassle. They have internal roads and footpaths, which is good for a planned community feel. I got a plot of 4896 sq.ft, which gives me options for the future. The Sewage Treatment Plant is a good environmental feature. However, the location in Sangareddy, Sadasivpet is quite far from the main city hustle, making commutes longer if I need to go into Hyderabad frequently. It feels a bit isolated right now.
