We got a 2 BHK with a carpet area of 602 square feet, which feels quite roomy. The project is ready to move, having been completed in December 2023 by Balkrishna Sadashiv Udawant. The amenities include a sewage treatment plant and ample water supply, which are important for a family. Hadapsar Railway Station is also conveniently close at nearby. Our main concern is the parking situation; while closed and reserved parking is available, the open parking spaces seem insufficient for the number of residents. We have also noticed some dust from nearby construction sites, but hopefully that will settle down.
