We selected Gold Golf Links for our family because of its proximity to GD GOENKA SIGNATURE SCHOOL, which is less than a kilometer away. We bought a 2.5 BHK, and the 1350 to 2350 square feet built-up area gives us enough room. The children's play area is a big hit with our kids. Gold Souk Buildecompleted the project in November 2018, and it’s ready for immediate occupancy. The swimming pool and indoor games are also good for family time. While the price range of 57.92 L to 1.01 Cr is substantial, the amenities justify it. Parking space could be a bit more generous though.

The price point of around 70-80 Lakhs for this size was within my expectations. The only minor drawback is the dust on the approach road from the main highway, but it's manageable.

The main challenge is the traffic getting out of Sohna towards Gurgaon city, especially during morning and evening commute times.

My only slight reservation is that the Sohna road itself can get a bit congested during peak hou, but within the complex, it's peaceful. The security is also very good.
