Finding a home near Pallotti School was our priority, and Gokul Greens is just 200 meteaway, which is fantastic. We are looking at a 3 BHK configuration, with built-up areas ranging from 1625 to 1665 square feet. This should be enough space for our growing family. The reflexology park and the cricket pitch are great additions for the kids. We are also impressed with the three-tier security system. The total price for the apartment is within our expected range, starting from around 53 Lakhs. The only worry is the dust and noise from the ongoing construction, but hopefully, that will subside once completed. Pankaj Construction seems to be on track.
