We decided to buy a 3 BHK apartment at Gokul Enclave. The area is 1090 to 1370 sq.ft, which is a good size for our family. Pankaj Construction is the developer. It is currently under construction and scheduled for completion in December 2027. The price is around 45 Lakhs, which felt acceptable. We were impressed by the amenities like the yoga/meditation area and the kid's pool. The location on Koradi Road, Zingabai Takli, is quite convenient with St. Vincent Pallotti School and Max Hospital nearby. The main road access is good. We are looking forward to moving in.
