Gokhale Constructions provides good security features like a security cabin and video door security, which gives me peace of mind. The location is central, close to the univeity and schools. It's ready to move, which is perfect for my parents. The landscaping and entrance lobby add to the appeal. I am confident this will be a good home for them.

We chose Gokhale Swastishree because it's so close to D. A. V. Public School, only a 5-minute drive, which makes school runs so much easier. Our 3 BHK flat is spacious, about 1000 square feet. The kids are also excited about the lift and the landscaping. The location off Prabhat Road is nice, although traffic can get a bit heavy in the evenings, which is something to consider. The solid waste management system is a good feature for a family. We paid around 1.69 Crore for our flat. It's good that the project is ready to move in, so we could settle quickly after booking.
