I bought a 2 BHK flat in Godrej Life Plus for my parents. The carpet area ranges from 1018 Sq.ft to 1309 Sq.ft, which is plenty of room for them. The location in Mallasandra is peaceful, and it’s great that it’s ready to move in. The price was around 75 Lakhs, which felt reasonable given the reputation of Godrej Properties Ltd. They have access to good amenities like the clubhouse and landscaped gardens. My parents are particularly enjoying the amphitheater. The only slight drawback is that the nearest metro station, Silk Institute, is a nearby walk, which might be a bit much for them sometimes. But overall, they are happy.

The only minor inconvenience is that the road leading to the main highway isn't the widest, and can get congested. But Godrej Properties Ltd. Has done a good job with the common areas.
