Puravankara High Crest offered a good balance of price and amenities for our investment. We bought a 2 BHK unit, approximately 1160 square feet, for around 60.55 Lakhs. The developer, Puravankara Limited, has been in the market for a long time, which provides some assurance. Since it is ready to move, we were able to rent it out quickly. The proximity to Silk Institute Metro Station, about 4.7 kilometeaway, is a plus for tenants. The built-up area is decent for a rental property. The overall construction quality appeasolid, and the landscaping is pleasant. We are satisfied with the purchase as an investment property.

We were looking to upgrade from our rental and Puravankara High Crest seemed like a good option. We got a 3 BHK which is around 1500 square feet, giving us much more space than our previous place. The price was around 80 Lakhs, which was stretching our budget a little, but the developer, Puravankara Limited, has a solid track record. The project is ready to move in, which meant we could shift quickly without waiting. The Mallasandra location is quieter than other parts of the city. We appreciate the 24/7 security and power backup. The only issue we are facing is that the water pressure sometimes drops on the higher floo, especially during drier months.

Moving into Puravankara High Crest was a great decision for us. We wanted something ready to move and close to work, and the proximity to NH 73 and Kanakapura Road is fantastic for our commutes. Our 3 BHK is spacious, around 1600 square feet, which gives us plenty of room. We paid just under 90 Lakhs for it. The amenities are quite good; we use the jogging track every morning and the kids love the play area. The developer, Puravankara Limited, has a good reputation. The only slight drawback is that sometimes the traffic on Kanakapura Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, but that's typical for Bangalore. We are happy here.

The total cost was approximately 96 Lakhs. Being ready to move was a huge advantage for us. Puravankara Limited is a known developer, and the project has been around since 2013. The location in Mallasandra is quite serene, away from the city's hustle. We enjoy the clubhouse and the swimming pool during weekends. The apartment layout is functional. However, the approach road to the project could be better; it's a bit narrow and can get dusty during dry spells. Despite this, it's a comfortable home.

My only small worry is the lack of official OC information, but the building seems sound. Overall, it feels like a good place for retirement.

The price was about 65 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for the area and the builder, Puravankara Limited. What really sold me was the location being so close to Delhi Public School Bengaluru South and ASTRA SUPER SPECIALITY HOSPITAL, both literally 0 kilometeaway. This is incredibly convenient for any potential future needs. The apartment is ready to move, which was a priority. The clubhouse facilities are also nice for relaxing after work. My only minor concern is that the parking spots feel a bit compact.
