We decided on Godrej Codename Aquaman mainly because of the location for our kids. Podar International School Wakad is only about 2 kilometeaway, which is super convenient. The project itself seems to have a lot for families, with a children's play area and plenty of greens. We looked at the 3 BHK flat which has a good carpet area of 1082 square feet, giving us enough space. The whole township plan with a school and healthcare nearby is a big plus for future planning. The only thing we are a bit worried about is the traffic in Hinjewadi, especially during peak houWe hope the upcoming metro station helps ease that congestion over time. We are still waiting for the OC, but the completion date is July 2029.
