It's a ready-to-move-in property, and we were able to move in right after completion in January 2024. Narayana Hospital is nearby, which gives us peace of mind. The price was within our budget, around 38 Lakhs. The solid waste management system is also something we found reassuring. The only minor issue is the dust on the main road sometimes, but that's common in this area.
