I opted for a 2 BHK unit, which has a built-up area of 550 square feet. The location is quite convenient; Narayana Hospital is nearby, and the Shibpur Bus Stop is just a 4-minute walk. This makes it easy to access healthcare and public transport. The area feels peaceful enough for retirement living, though I do notice some dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity sometimes. Still, the access to amenities and the ready-to-move nature made it a good choice for me.

The best part is its closeness to Shree Jain Vidyalaya (SJV), just an 8-minute journey, making school runs much easier. Shibpur Bus Stop is also very close, a short distance, which is helpful for commuting. The apartment is ready to move in, which was a big plus. However, the noise from the nearby road can be a bit much sometimes, especially during the day. We are still getting used to it. But overall, the convenience for the kids is great.
