Finding a home with good amenities for the kids was important. GNR Vasavi Nirvana has a swimming pool and what looks like a good gymnasium. It is also Vastu compliant, which my wife insisted on. The distance to KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA NO:1 GOLCONDA is nearby, which is manageable. The apartments are 3 BHK configurations with saleable areas starting from 1380 Sq.ft. The total budget is between 1.01 Crore and 2.07 Crore. Shree Vasavi Developeare claiming earthquake-resistant structures, which is a plus. However, the dust from the ongoing construction around the site is quite noticeable currently.
