    This is my fit property purchase, so I was quite nervous. I bought a 2 BHK in GM Morya Apartment, covering 477 sq.ft. The price was around 55 Lakh, which felt like a significant investment but acceptable for a new home. GM Developeare known in Pune. The location in Katraj is developing, and it’s good that the property is ready to move. I appreciated the landscaping and tree planting around the complex; it makes the place look greener. The parking is closed car parking, which is a plus. My only slight worry is that the OC (Occupancy Certificate) is not yet available, but the builder assured me it's in process. Construction seems solid so far.

The proximity to St. VIEW INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL (3 mins) and Bharati Hospital (5 mins) is fantastic for our family. GM Developeis the builder here. We liked the idea of water conservation and rainwater harvesting systems in place. The only minor issue is that the parking space feels a bit limited, especially if we have guests. Otherwise, the project looks good and is ready for us to move in by December 2024.
