    We were looking for a property in Kukatpally for a while. Global Mahasai Plaza by dhruva infra caught our eye because it was ready to move. We got a 2 BHK apartment, the built-up area is about 1040 square feet. The price range was between 26.19 Lakh and 28.08 Lakh, which we felt was reasonable for the area. The construction quality seems solid. We liked that there are security guards and lift facilities. The main concern for us is the lack of OC received, which makes getting a home loan a bit complicated. We are hoping the developer sorts this out soon. The proximity to Shankarpalli-Hyderabad Road is also convenient.

Global Mahasai Plaza by dhruva infra had configurations from 970 to 1040 square feet built-up area, and I chose one around 990 square feet. The price was about 27 Lakh. It was ready to move in, which was a big plus for me as I didn't want to wait. The buildeincluded amenities like power backup and Wi-Fi, which are essential these days. The location near Hanuman Temple is quite accessible. My only concern is that the rooms feel a little compact. However, for a fit-time buyer, the overall package and the price point seem quite good. I am still waiting to see how the maintenance charges are.

The built-up area was around 1020 square feet, which is spacious enough for my needs. Dhruva infra completed the project back in 2016. The price was around 27.50 Lakh. I appreciate the security guards and the earthquake-resistant structure, making it a safe place. The connectivity to the Shankarpalli-Hyderabad Road is decent. However, I have noticed that the Peddamma Gudi Metro Station is nearby, which is a bit far for daily commute if needed. Also, the noise from the nearby road can be noticeable sometimes, especially during daytime. Despite these minor points, it is a good residential option.

    I am based oveeas and bought this apartment for my parents. Global Mahasai Plaza in Kukatpally seemed like a good option as it was ready for possession. Dhruva infra is the developer. I picked a 2 BHK with a built-up area of approximately 1000 square feet. The price was in the 26 Lakh range. My parents liked the earthquake-resistant structure, which gives them peace of mind. They also mentioned the internet connectivity is good. The only downside is that Continental Hospitals is not very close by, but Kairos Global School is just 750 meteaway, which is great if they have grandchildren visiting. The maintenance seems okay so far.

    I bought a 2 BHK here because of the location, it is quite close to the Nehru Outer Ring Road which makes my commute easier. The flat size is around 970 square feet built up, which is enough space for me. Dhruva infra handed over the project on time, which was a relief. Power backup is also available which is important for me. The only small issue is that the road leading to the project can be a bit congested during peak houIt was ready to move when I bought it in 2016. Overall, it's a decent place for a single peon working in Hyderabad.
