I purchased a villa at Giridhari Villa Onyx mainly for its peaceful environment and the vastu compliance. Being a government employee, I value stability and reliability, and the project completion in 2013 gave me some confidence. The 3 BHK configuration offea good amount of space, approximately 2920 square feet built-up area. The connectivity to Hyderabad Airport within 15-20 minutes is also a plus, though I don't travel much. My main concern is that the OC received status is not available, which makes me slightly hesitant. The price was 3.5 crore, which is a significant investment for me. I hope Giridhari Homes Pvt Ltd addresses any pending issues.

I bought a 3 BHK villa at Giridhari Villa Onyx, around 2920 square feet, for my parents who are living in Hyderabad. The location in West Hyderabad, near APPA Junction, is close to Glendale Academy International School, which is good if any relatives visit with children. My parents will appreciate the senior citizen siteout area and the jogging track. The price was 3.5 crore, which seemed reasonable for a villa of this size. My only worry is the traffic noise from the nearby ORR, although it is nearby. Giridhari Homes Pvt Ltd seems like a reputable developer, and I trust they have maintained the property well since its completion in 2013. The internet connectivity is also a plus.
