I bought a 2 BHK flat in GHP Swaran for my parents who live in Jaipur. The location in Bani Park is quite convenient and close to NH-8, making it easy for them to travel. They are quite happy with the amenities like the gymnasium and the swimming pool. The 1050 square feet built-up area is spacious enough for them. While I couldn't visit myself, the GHP Group seems reliable. They have had the project ready since February 2013, which is a good sign of timely completion.
