The location in Kharadi, Thite Nagar is quite convenient, especially with EuroSchool Kharadi being nearby. That was a big factor for me. Also liked the idea of rain water harvesting and solid waste management systems they have in place. It feels good to know the builder is thinking about these things. I am still waiting to hear about the completion date, but since it's ready to move, hopefully that will be soon. The electrical meter room is also a practical amenity.
