I acquired a unit in Gem Nugget back in 2014 when it was completed. The idea was to have a ready-to-move property in West Hyderabad with good connectivity. The Nehru Outer Ring Road is very accessible from here, which is a major plus for rental potential. The price range of 56.65 L to 83.33 L was competitive for the area at that time. Gem Vivendas delivered on time. While the basic amenities like car parking and power backup are present, the project doesn't have any groundbreaking features. The surrounding area has seen development, but the immediate approach road can still be dusty sometimes. It's an okay investment, nothing spectacular.

We chose Gem Nugget by Gem Vivendas primarily for its proximity to Oakridge International School. It's literally just a few minutes away. The 3 BHK we are looking at has a built-up area between 1440 and 1515 sq.ft, offering plenty of room for our two children. The project has been completed and is ready to move in, which is great. We liked the children's play area and the 24/7 water supply. The cost is around 75 lakhs for the larger flats. One thing to note is that there's no mention of OC received, which we are checking on. The location in Shirdi Sai Nagar is convenient for us.

The proximity to Naingi and Gachibowli is a definite advantage for access to essentials and healthcare. The only minor drawback is the distance to the Raidurg Metro Station, which is a bit far at over nearby.
