Gem Vivendas is developing this project in Kokapet, West Hyderabad, and it is still under construction, with completion targeted for August 2026. The project also has a kid's pool and a children's play area which is great. The overall built-up area across all units is up to 1885 square feet. We feel this is a good environment for our kids to grow up in. Access to Continental Hospitals is also convenient.
