Finally decided to buy my fit home at Gem Estrella Kuber. The 3 BHK villas looked quite spacious when we visited the site. I really liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex, it gives a very peaceful vibe. It's ready to move which was a big factor for us. The price point around 4.5 Crore for a 3600 sq.ft villa felt manageable for a fit-time buyer like me. The developer, Gem Vivendas, seems to have a good reputation. We are still waiting for the OC details, which is a slight concern, but overall we are happy with our decision. It’s located in West Hyderabad, Kollur which is developing nicely.

The 3.5 BHK villa, with a built-up area of 3600 sq.ft, provides enough room for our growing family. The kids' pool and the play areas are a big hit with my children. Having a gymnasium and a club house within the complex is also very convenient for us. The security is good, with 24x7 guards and intercom facilities. The only minor issue we've noticed is that the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houwhen heading towards the highway. The price was within our budget.
