It's also very close to Dr. Vasantrao Pawar Medical College, just a 3-minute drive, which is convenient. The 2 BHK villa has a carpet area of about 580 square feet, which is enough space for our small family. Being ready to move in was a huge plus, as we didn't want to wait. My only small concern is that during peak hou, getting onto the highways can take a little longer than the advertised 5 minutes due to local traffic.
