The price of 13.28 Lakh was very attractive for a ready-to-move property. The location is okay, though the dust from the industrial area can sometimes be noticeable. Having closed car parking is a convenience I appreciate. The building was completed in January 2019. Progenesis Fertility Center is nearby at nearby, which might be useful for some. The electrical meter room is a standard but necessary feature.
