My wife also liked the children's play area within the complex. The 3 BHK flat we are looking at has a carpet area of 886 square feet. It is ready to move, which is a huge advantage for us. The developer, Geeta Develope, has included a power backup system, which is essential. However, the distance to Ramwadi Metro Station is over 3 kilomete, which might be a slight inconvenience for commuting further afield. We are still weighing the options.
