I just moved into Geeta Ambaram and it's been pretty convenient so far. The 965 square feet carpet area for the 3 BHK is decent, giving me enough space. Being close to the Indira Circle Bus Stop, which is only a 6-minute walk, makes my commute much easier. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance and intercom system add a good layer of security, which is important for me as I live alone. Power backup is also a relief during monsoon season. I haven't faced any major issues, and the maintenance team seems responsive. The location in Nana Mava is quite accessible.

Being close to the Indira Circle Bus Stop (a short distance) is helpful for occasional travel. The lift services are prompt. My only minor concern is the parking area can feel a bit congested during peak times when many residents return home. Otherwise, the security and power backup systems are very reliable.

The flat size is 965 square feet carpet area, which is enough for us and future planning. The car parking facility is good, and we also appreciate the solar water heating. The only downside is the traffic on Univeity Road during peak hou, but that's common in Rajkot. Overall, a good purchase.

I purchased this as an investment expecting good rental returns given the proximity to the univeity and hospital. The completion date was August 2022. While the pricing information wasn't readily available to me at the time of purchase, the developer has a decent reputation. I'm cautiously optimistic about the appreciation.
