I chose a 3 BHK which has a carpet area of 1080 Sq.ft. My parents will have plenty of space. It's important for them to have good facilities, so the clubhouse and 24x7 water supply are key. They also need security, so the gated community and 24x7 security with CCTV surveillance are reassuring. The proposed Metro Station Hinjewadi is nearby, which might be useful later. The hospital is also very close, a short distance. My only concern is that it is still under construction until December 2029, so they will have to wait.
