    We bought a 1 BHK flat at Gaus Lily mainly because of its location near schools. Sacred Heart Convent High School is nearby, which is a huge relief for us. The flat itself is 400 square feet carpet area, which is a bit tight for our family, but it works as a starter home. The project is by Gaus Buildcon And Developeand it's ready to move. The price was around 16.8 Lakh onwards. One issue we are facing is the dust on the road leading to the building, especially during construction in nearby areas. It gets quite messy. The connectivity to the Mumbai-Nashik Expressway is good though, which is convenient for my commute. Overall, it's a decent option considering the price and proximity to essential services.
