I purchased a 2 BHK apartment in Shraddha Govind, it is 1122 square feet built up area. The construction was completed in January 2023 and it is ready to move in, which suited my needs perfectly. Being retired, I appreciate the quiet environment and the Vastu compliant design. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex is well done. It’s nice to have a yoga and meditation area right here. The only small issue is that the road leading to the project can be a bit busy during peak hou, but once inside, it is peaceful. The developer, SS BuildeAnd Develope, seems to have focused on basic comforts and safety with features like earthquake-resistant structures and 24x7 CCTV surveillance. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live.
